  Dar Es Salaam to Mikumi National Park

  Wakeup very early for a transfer from your hotel in Dar Es Salaam to Mikumi gate, the distance covers 185km which might take about 4 hours drive to reach the destination. After arrival in Mikumi you will have a great time for a day game drive, lunch boxes included.
  The park is decorated by its superbly scenic plains and baobabs and it is home to various wild animals and birds species. Mikumi is endowed with spectacular concentration of wildlife which are rarely seen in other parks like magnificent Sable antelope, African hunting dog, blue wildebeest, Lichtenstein’s hartebeest and others. The gentle foothills and vast miombo woodland savanna in the southern parts of the park are quite spectacular.

  Mikumi National Park then back to Dar Es Salaam
