  Day Trip

  The destinations could be either Arusha City or Moshi town. You will be met by the game driver for a trip to Arusha National Park. This is the nearest park from Arusha town which covers only 52.8km via Nelson Mandela road and will take about 1hr:45mins.
  Arusha National Park, is the park located in northern Tanzania featuring Momela lakes, Ngurdoto Crate and Mt. Meru. The Park was established in 1960 and governed by the Tanzania National Park Authority Offering a laid-back and quiet pace game viewing. It is a small national park with so many things to see covering an area of 552 sq km. It can be a great place for you who like animals with long necks for you will be able to see a large population of giraffes.
  Also, the park is filled by diverse wildlife such as elephants, hippos, zebras, wildebeests and buffaloes and on rare times you will see colobus monkeys. You will have a day Game drive in the Park until evening then head back to your hotel in Arusha City or Moshi town. Optional activities in the park include; walking safari, hiking at the closest Mt. Meru, and canoeing at Momela Lake which are optional at an extra cost.
